Shipping Policies
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and 2-4 business days ( without delay) for the arrival of your shipment. International shipments may require more time depending on the country.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number for your package when your order is shipped.
Please allow 24 hours for the tracking history to update after it is initially sent to you.
All packages require a signature.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

What is HD Lace?
HD lace is high-definition lace which is the thinnest and most delicate lace on the market. It gives an illusion that the hair is growing from your scalp. This lace can be applied to any skin tone and easily blend due to the fineness of the lace. It is ultra thin and almost undetectable when applied correctly.
How many bundles are on a wig?
Wigs that are 16-18 inches are constructed with 2 bundles, 20-24 are constructed with 2.5 bundles, and 22-30 are constructed with 3 bundles.
How are the wigs constructed?
Wigs are factory made wigs.
Should I get a closure or frontal?
Whether you should purchase a frontal or closure depends on your preference. A closure is a smaller piece of lace and is usually in the measurements of 4x4,5x5,6x6, and 7x7 (4 inches wide 4 inches deep and so forth) and requires less maintenance. A frontal is a bigger piece of lace and is usually in the measurements of 13x4 (13 inches wide 4 inches deep) and 13x6 (13 inches wide 6 inches deep) and requires more maintenance. If you are still unsure be sure to ask your stylist which would best suit the hairstyle you would like.
How many bundles do I need?
If you are purchasing bundles separately, for inches 14-18 2 bundles are suggested, and inches 20-30 3 bundles are suggested.
What length frontal/closure should I get?
The length of your frontal/closure depends on the length of your hair. 14-18 inch is the length suggested for the hair lengths 14-18 inch. 16-20 inch is the length suggested for hair lengths 20-30 inch.
How should I maintain my hair?
It is suggested to shampoo and condition your hair before installing. In addition, it is important to wash your extensions at least every 1-2 weeks. Stray away from hair products that contain sulfates and alcohol. If you use any shampoo with alcohol/sulfates be sure to use a moisturizing conditioner after. Always shampoo hair and condition after, co-washing isn’t suggested. When shampooing and conditioning make sure the product is evenly distributed by brushing or combing through with a wide tooth comb or bristle/loop brush. 613 hair will need to be moisturized more frequently due to the color. Always brush and comb your hair starting from the bottom and work your way up. Avoid using lots of oil or heavy products. Avoid using small teeth combs, tangling and snagging could occur and cause unusual shedding that is not normal.
Can the hair be colored?
All hair can be colored. Be sure to keep your hair moisturized after coloring for up-keep. If you don’t keep your hair moisturized after coloring it could become dry and brittle due to the chemicals in coloring products used to alter the hair’s color.
How long will the hair last?
Proper care and maintenance will allow your hair to last at least 3-5 years.
What is virgin hair?
Virgin hair is human hair that has been steamed for a uniform pattern that allows multiple textures to be created.
What is raw hair?
Raw hair is human hair that hasn’t been chemically altered or steamed in any form. Raw hair isn’t steamed to a uniform pattern and usually only comes in original textures such as straight, wavy and sometimes curly.
